No Returns Policy

At Rocky Roots Outpost each item is a handcrafted piece of art made with care and intention. Because every product is unique and sometimes made to order, we do not accept returns.

Policy Details

  • No Returns — All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference changes.

  • Defective or Damaged Shipments — If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. After validation we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.

  • Reporting Requirements — To qualify for repair/replacement/refund provide order number; clear photos of the damage or defect; description of the issue; and delivery date. Email reports to Sales@rockyrootsoutpost.com.

  • Custom and Made-to-Order Items — Custom, personalized, and made-to-order item sales are final and not eligible for refund or replacement unless damaged in transit or there is an error in the customization.

  • Shipping Costs — Return shipping is not accepted because we do not accept returns. If we authorize a replacement due to damage or defect, we will cover return shipping or provide a pre-paid label as appropriate.

  • Gifts — Gift purchases follow the same policy. If a gifted item is damaged in transit, the recipient should report it within 7 days to begin resolution.

How We Handle Damaged or Defective Items

  1. Email Sales@rockyrootsoutpost.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description.

  2. We will respond within 3 - 5 business days to confirm next steps.

  3. After we validate the claim we will offer repair, replacement, or refund and explain shipping or timeline details.

Care and Repair

  • Care instructions are included with your item to help prolong its life. Follow those guidelines for best results.

  • Many of our pieces are repairable. If damage occurs after delivery due to normal wear, we may offer a paid repair service; contact us for an estimate.
