No Returns Policy
At Rocky Roots Outpost each item is a handcrafted piece of art made with care and intention. Because every product is unique and sometimes made to order, we do not accept returns.
Policy Details
No Returns — All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference changes.
Defective or Damaged Shipments — If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. After validation we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
Reporting Requirements — To qualify for repair/replacement/refund provide order number; clear photos of the damage or defect; description of the issue; and delivery date. Email reports to Sales@rockyrootsoutpost.com.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items — Custom, personalized, and made-to-order item sales are final and not eligible for refund or replacement unless damaged in transit or there is an error in the customization.
Shipping Costs — Return shipping is not accepted because we do not accept returns. If we authorize a replacement due to damage or defect, we will cover return shipping or provide a pre-paid label as appropriate.
Gifts — Gift purchases follow the same policy. If a gifted item is damaged in transit, the recipient should report it within 7 days to begin resolution.
How We Handle Damaged or Defective Items
Email Sales@rockyrootsoutpost.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description.
We will respond within 3 - 5 business days to confirm next steps.
After we validate the claim we will offer repair, replacement, or refund and explain shipping or timeline details.
Care and Repair
Care instructions are included with your item to help prolong its life. Follow those guidelines for best results.
Many of our pieces are repairable. If damage occurs after delivery due to normal wear, we may offer a paid repair service; contact us for an estimate.
